Road Debris Crumples Remus Pipe, Anybody Got One?

I was happy to buy and install what must be the last Remus Sport Exhaust in the world for my 1999 9-5... Now, two months later, a front end loader manages to drop a chunk of demolished concrete curb in the road which apparently is just a little too tall for my Aero retrofitted suspension and the chunk whacks the tranny strut, smacks the front exhaust crossmember support, crumples the Remus centerpipe and cracks a fuel tank support bracket. No busted crankcase, no oil leaks or fuel line punctures. Car was driven to my favorite indie mechanic for look see of the damage, but with new (but not good) vibrations. Construction company seems willing to accept fault, but I'm going through my State Farm agent for best outcome. First estimate from indie is $1,600, but this includes a complete Remus Sport exhaust, despite no damage to the rear resonator, but the stainless intermediate pipe might not be sold separately and this Remus system for the 9-5 just might not be found anywhere anymore anyhow. HELP!! Anybody got the Remus centerpipe I need??!!
Thanx,
Kirk D.
