ONLY, if you can prove that the engine is leaking oil up around the headgasket/engine block area will they do anything under regular factory warranty, and if so, they only retorque the head gasket.
If on the other hand your car is out of warranty and maybe you have an aftermarket extended warranty (dealer or Saab is not paying), then they are all willing to take on the job and replace the cylinder head gasket and reseal the timing cover to the cost of about $2500.00.
At least that's what I have seen a couple of cases from local dealers.
