Yeah the number 4 bolt is getting more and more elusive to find and I'm having problems myself.
The number 3 is the next best thing and number 2 is not in existance anymore as long as it is not a forgotten batch that reappears somewhere from a closed down dealership.
I would certainly get the bolts replaced and gasket torqued as soon as possible just to minimize the bad effects of the loose bolt syndrome and it "may" slow down the oil leak a little.
It's not the oil leak per see that I worry about even though that is the visible trace of it. It is that the whole head is not tighten down properly and that you might have some chances of coolant leaking into the combustion chambers or into the crank case and messing with the oil.
