I have the same exact car but with 162k miles. I love it and it's still running strong (knock on wood). The V6 is a great engine but the #1 problem they have is the timing belt and timing belt tensioners. These need to be done at every 60k miles, so make sure they have been replaced. If the belt was replaced but not the tensioners, tell the guy to lower the price and go do that. Also, before you buy it tell him you want to come over early in the morning after it's been sitting overnight and has not been started. Get there, start it, and run around the back to look at the exhaust pipes. Look out for BLUE smoke as soon as it starts. This would be a sign that the turbo is failing and should be replaced. ($2,000 for the V6). My car has been blowing blue smoke on start up for a while, other than being a little embarassing it still runs fine.
