Pop out the blank next to the passenger switch and insert a long piece of wire bent in an "L" at the end. I use a long allen (hex) wrench but a piece of bent coathanger would work as well. Then pull the switch out and disconnect it. Tie some string to the electrical connector so it does not fall into the console and you can retrieve it later.
