Looking at the WIS I dont see a roll over valve but It might be in the tank. If I were you I wouldnt try to push any thing down the filler tube in stead take the tube off and check it that way. The tank has to be 3/4 full or less. Jack the car up pull the right rear wheel take off the inside wheel well cover. From there you can check the tube and see if it might be cinked or something. If it looks good lossen hose clamps at tank and unplug purge pipe then undo bolt holding tube half way up tube. Remove filler cap and remove filler pipe. I used to here about people putting tampons in the filler tube and that would cause a problem like this. I was just thinking someone could have put something in the end of the nozzle and when you filled up it stuck in the filler tube. Not a nice prank. You dont want to push whatever might be in your tube into the tank.
