First I took the steering column cover off the steering wheel (3 screws), then I took the turn siglnal and wiper stalks out and let them dangle. Next was removing the SID then the radio head unit with DIN radio removers (walmart $5). After that just give the ACC control module a tug straight out and unplug. Next open the fuse cover on the side of the dash where the driver side door is. Push the light switches out and remove the wires. Push the rest of the buttons out from behind around the cneter of the panel. After everything is removed there are 6 torx screws around the switch panel. Once those are out there are 4 clips around the guage cluster and steering wheel. I just gave them a good hard tug and they came out. The panel was a little tricky to lift out over the steering wheel but I got it eventually. The cup holder is screwed into the back of thr switch panel. Fit in reverse order.
