Help with insulation on PCV #6 update.

I just finished an update to PCV #6 from what I think was a stock PCV (no nipple of dipstick tube)on a 03 9-5. The kit came with two bread ties and a piece of insulating foam about six by six inches. The dealer instructions say that one of the hoses with the check valve on it ( the one from the T connector to the top hole on oil catch) together with the two coolant hoses going into the TB need to be wrapped in insulation and tied up...
Problem: I have a huge mess of semi flexible hoses, bread-tied wiring clusters, more PCV pipes and rigid coolant hoses that I can't get the six by six inch of insulation foam/material around the hoses....
Also, the new PCV hose, when fed through the manifold right in front of where the red block connector to the TB is as per instructions, touches the manifold..is this ok?
I put everything back becuse I need to dirve here and there but I want to rectify if necessary as soon as possibile.
Please advise,
Thanks!
PS- At three years and 80K miles the hoses that I did not upgrade were really soft and worn, especially the one going from the bottom of the oil catch to the sump. Does anybody have the part numbers for the following..and approximate prices?
-Hose from valve cover (starts at nipple/grommet in VC) to top of oil catch on the dipstick side of the engine...
-Hose from bottom of oil catch to the pan/sump...
