First, there was confustion in identifying parts. When I got that sorted out, jack placement, didn't feel like expiring under the car that day.
I had jack stands, spare tire jack and hydraulic behind front wheels. When I first slid in there and peeked past the car I said to myself "you've gotta be kidding me" but my forearm fit and I proceeded to swap out the oil catch one armed. While under there I also noticed a ongoing fresh leak which would explain my disappearing coolant; probably the hooter/heater 1:3:1 valve by the firewall...
I also attempted to fix the drivers side fog, the bottom mounting brackets broken off and missing. I used a bread-tie on the top mount, expodied it in place and on the bottom I cut pieces of super high density foam/rubber type material to support the weight of the lamp and fill in the void between the bottom of the lamp unit and the bumper, and secured that with adhesive...we'll see.
Next week I'll remove the TB hoses and put the insulation in, also getting a wash and possibly another sloppy coat of Zaino.
