1. that tire is a very inexpensive tire I believe
2. I have brand new good years have a "heavy spot" and cause balancing issues.
3. Only ever do a balance with HUNTER ROAD FORCE BALANCE for the best balance job
4. After you replaced the tires the first you should have had an alignment ASAP. this is the cause of most pulls not the tires, but bad/old tires can whack out the alignment after time.
5. You may have a cupped back tire that still can give you odd vibrations, i've had it happen before
6. switching tires left to right should have not done that. Are you riding on the freeway and noticing the difference between passing and slow lane? In Ohio the angle is so great on the freeways that front wheel drives will feel a pull depending on which side you are on, but not that great.
7. Whenever budget allows pull 4 new tires on a car. I would have actually moved the rears to the front first to git rid of the vibration, if you have rotated regularly/properly.
8. And in wet weather often they will tell you to put the newer tires on the rear due to hydroplanning tendancies (unless the rears are really bad too). Ready http://www.tirerack.com for details on that one.
9. Lastly I'm nuts about tires and balancing, I've had installers rebalance my tires before which has fixed issues on new tires.
Those are my comments on tires!
