That is the correct number for the GM SAAB 9.5 filter as far as I know. I have a whole case of them and you are correct there is no GM or SAAB logo on the filter itself. Nor can you determine in which country the filter was manufactured although most of the non English writing appears to be Swedish. The box the filters come in does have the GM logo and this number (part) #93186554. It also says Made in the UK. The label also says "General Motors Europe Aftersales, Eisenstrasse 2-4 D-65428, Russelsheim,Germany" I believe this is the GM owned Opel plant or a subsidary in Russelsheim south of Frankfurt.
