My 2001 9-5 Aero automatic with 64K miles has not started on three occasions. I have owned it for two months and the first two of the three times that it wouldn't turn over (crank) I came out and unlocked the door with key remote (all in one) and when turning key in ignition nothing happened (no cranking or even clicking sound) so I relocked and unlocked and nothing but after more attempts it started right up. I thought maybe there is something malfunctioning with the security system so I stopped locking the car and just yesterday the same happened. I came out after driving it 1 hour earlier (didn’t lock it this time) and no cranking but after 10 minutes of playing with the remote it started again. I have no idea if working the remote is doing anything but I was lost for what to try. The car only came with one remote. I would greatly appreciate any comments. ToddH
