The camber will change with ride height. When you load the car the ride height decreases and the amount of negative camber increases. Take a look at your car when fully loaded. You will probably notice an increase the negative camber. You may have to move the car a little so that the wheels can tilt and aren't just held in place by friction on the tires. I usually a bit alarmed just by a trip to a big box store, let a lone a really loaded up car.
