Just a stab in the dark, but the WIS suggests checking the this sensor when there's a significant loss of power and no codes. The test involes measuring the manifold absolute pressure, the charge air absolute pressure and the atmospheric absolute pressure. If any of the values differ by 10KPa from the other it indicates a bad sensor or a leak -which makes sense since you've just had a lot of that system disconnected while you changed out the turbo.
The WIS also mentions loose electrical connectors too. Again, something may not have gotten plugged back together right.
