Hi Les,
Thanks for the input. The strange thing is that it only happens in reverse as far as I can tell. Shortly after startup, with a normal pedal, put it in reverse and the pedal goes hard. Put it in neutral and it returns to normal. Into drive and it's still fine. Back into reverse and it goes hard again. Strange...
But yes, some sort of vacuum related thing, but seemingly related to gearbox position.
