Ditto on what Richard has to say. I'm also a former AF NDI guy that did fighter engine oil AA/AE testing for years (F-105's, F-4's, C-130's etc).
Frankly I'm amazed at the amount of interest SAAB owners give to brands of oil and oil filters. Now I understand that SAAB's have had sludge problems in the recent past, but Oil Analysis isn't really going to help eliminate that problem.
Airplanes have alot more issues than cars regarding the engine "off" lite coming on full-bright, cars can just pull over to the side of the road. So, instead of fretting over your oil analysis, simply change it more often and use high quality filters and oils. Even if Oil Analysis indicated that your piston rings were wearing or perhaps your oil pump was wearing, the cost to do the repair from the failure mode is almost the same as doing a preventative repair.
Most engines today can go 200K with routine maintainance as long as you don't drive it like you just stole it.
