A certified car is a wonderful thing. BUT its still a used car, dont buy a car blindly and assume it will be perfect cause its CPO. It varies by dealer (and manufacture). I know 2 people whom bought CPO cars thinking the could trust the dealer and one of them had to trade it in a year later it was sooo bad!!! The other had a 3 page list of items which SHOULD have been done prior to delivery. One was a VW the other an Audi. Ive looked at CPO cars in NYC metro area with misaligned bumpers for $20K. A new one was only $25K. Also a CPO MAY have been in an accident but it should have been minor. Its up to the dealer to do the CPO checklist and if he is careless about it you may not get as good as a car your thinking. You will have an awesome warranty but still pick a used car carefully.
As far as SAAB CPO availability TONS of them in my area just WAY overpriced for a used car IMO. Good luck
