saab scheduled tune-up

Hello Everyone,
I bought a Saab 2002 9-5 Aero a couple of years ago. It had 45K mi on it and now has 70K mi. I never had the scheduled tune-up (I believe at 60K) partly due to laziness and partly due to cost. Simply put I’m interested in knowing if I can cut any corners. What exactly does the tune-up entail? Taking it into a non-dealer like pepboys may be cheaper if they feel qualified to do the work. I’ve done all the other scheduled/routine maintenance on the car. Thank you in advance for the help.
