Maybe I'm biased since I'm a 9000 guy, but I enjoy driving my 9000 more than my dad's '04 9-5. Sure the 9-5 is smooth and a great highway cruiser, but something is missing to me that the 9000 has. Besides, those mods on your 9000 sound amazing!
BTW, you say there's lots more performance parts for the 9-5...a lot of people seem to think that the T-5 system is a lot better/easier to mod. And a few 9-5 guys wound up using a 9000 block because it can do up to/over 400hp without modding the internals.
