Arc,
There is an aluminum solder available which is easy to use. It is usually a 1/8 inch rod of aluminum/zinc/potmetal alloy which has good wetting ability and is stronger than aluminum.
A Berzomatic torch is more than enough heat for that job. In fact, too much heat is a bigger problem.
The area should be de-greased with solvents and detergent/water. It is essential to brush the oxides away, while heating the part, with a clean/new stainless steel "toothbrush". Follow the directions you get with the solder and try a few practice pieces first.
I fixed my wifes AC with this same type of chafe problem, very easy and quick.
Don't believe the BS about "3000 PSI" . High side pressures rarely approach 200 PSI. And a "pinhole" is less than 1/1000 of a square inch, so, the actual pressure on your patch will less than a few pounds.
