Too much travel in brake pedal after bellding

Ok so I just added larger calipers and rotors to my car but I want to make sure that my master cylidar or the way I beld the system is not to blame before I swap them out,

My brake pedal has a bit too much travel berfore the brakes engage. I would not say they are spongy just too much travel till they hit. \

I have read what Dean has said about letting the pedal hit the floor, and I was sure not to let that happen. It went to about 2-4 inches to the floor but maybe the master is bad??

I power bled the system and that went well. got it to 12 PSI did not pump the brakes or turn on the system to bleed them.

The pedal does not pump up at all when i pump it repeatedly with the car on or off. It still goes to the same place.

Has anyone seen this with thier system. Wonder if I have a bad master.

If not, then I may have the wrong piston size in my new bigger calipers. I am hoping not.
