Remove the plastic engine cover, it just clips to the flange of the oil dip stick tube, and to an engine lifting eye..
Then look at the dip stick tube. If you have PCV #6, you will see a large plastic barbed fitting on the side of the dip stick tube with a 3/8-inch hose attached to it.
If you see a small brass barbed fitting, with or without a 1/4-inch hose attached to it, you have version #3 thru #5.
If no barbed fitting, you have either original factory system, or version #2.
