Okay my 99 is having another issue.

SMBC homemade from grainger supplies. about 2 years ago.
Direct flow airfilter from GenuineSaab 2 years ago
and a year ago I built a 3" intercooler to throttle body pipe, need to redo in 2.5" 3" is just to big for hood clearance issue.

Anyway I had been having a problem with 3000rpm hesitation about 2 months ago and thought my throttle body was going out again, went into limp mode twice when I finally realized I had a kinked dry rotted vacuum going from the throttle body to what I believe is the over pressure regulator for the turbo, it is plastic with a grey round cap, right to the right of my brake master cylinder mounted to the firewall at first I thought it was the fuel regulator, need to check for sure. But anyway I replaced it and my fuel economy went from 20-22 mpg to 28-33mpg and the hesitation went away WHICH WAS GREAT WOOHOO...but just 2 days ago I started noticing a new problem, If I go into sport shift and go WOT every once in a while, it will suddenly dump boost and I then can only get base boost....I can kill the car and restart it and it will start spooling fine again. Its not fuel cutoff its just boost level car runs fine once it does it but just loses all grin factor. Any Ideas? Sorry for the long version just wanted to give a little history with it. (all vacuum lines were redone when I found the one problem hose. 2 months ago.)
