It would be great if we had that list of questions posted to the site. We are pretty sure that the guys at SAAB read this website.
Our MY05 9-5 Arc 2.3T wagon had a problem starting below 4 C (about 40F), in which it would only start on the second try. It turned out to be a coolant temperature sensor, that was feeding the wrong temperature to the engine control module. Once it was changed, the problem went away.
However, it is not that cold now, even here in Canada. No problems with the MY05, but just this week, my MY99 9-5 Linear 2.3lpt Wagon has been giving me a hard time, right after I put in Sunoco 94 gasoline, which is high ethanol. Isn't that suspicious?
