That bushing is pressed into the lower rear end of the longitudinal link. (Saab actually calls it a ball joint). You could probably remove the old bushing with the brute-force method I used for the forward bushing. To get the new one in you'd need a press. I've jury-rigged a press in the past by using a big hydraulic jack under a heavy truck frame, and squeezed the "item-in-question" in between. If you have the correct size pressing tool (two very specific pipe sizes will do, you'd need to do some measuring) you could probably handle it that way. But it would be a very uncomfortable job.
Saab shows a nice tool that threads into the "ball joint" and can be used to remove and replace the bushing. Might be an idea to remove the link and take to your local Saab dealer or specialist to replace the bushing? Looks like it could be done 'in-place' with the correct tool, without having to remove the long. link at all. So labour to have someone do it (if they have the tool) may not be too bad.
