Our CPO car, which we bought last month, was delivered with an IRIS report and a CPO certificate, which stated the basic info on the vehicle and the 6/100 warranty, which is the biggie. Having the maintenance details on the IRIS report didn't hurt any, either. But there was nothing from SAAB itself- this all came through the dealer.
