More Oil and PCV Questions

If you've been following my posts, I've got a smoking 9-5. Blue smoke at start up and AFTER hard accelerations. I'm figuring it's the turbo but am trying to look for other (cheaper) causes.
I just went out and took off the engine cover to double check the PCV valve, which is fine. It should be letting air INTO the TB from the crankcase, correct? Gotta make sure I've got it pointing the right way... How much oil should be going through these lines? They are caked in it and the valve is completely black inside (see photo below). Where the hose from the TB to the back of the crank case with the pcv valve in it meets the crank case or PCV box (specific term?) there's a coat of oil.
Then- I noticed lots of wet-ish oil around the fill pipe. I ALWAYS use a funnel and haven't ever spilled any. It's all over the top of the camshaft cover now, under the IDM. Looking at a picture from June, 2006 it's not nearly as bad. Look below to see for yourself. Is there just a little leak or is there excess pressure from PCV issues forcing oil out possibly? The dipstick tube is clean.
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
