The caliper has to slide back and forth on that bolt. You would need to get a long bolt with the correct threads and an unthreaded portion longer than the existing bolt, cut off the threads to the same length as the existing caliper slider, and ensure the unthreaded portion of the bolt is EXACTLY the same size as the existing slider. Then you'd need to install it so that the threads are completely seated (none exposed) and ensure the head of the bolt doesn't interfere with any portion of the brake caliper, wheel, or suspension.
We're talking brakes here, the most important safety system on your car, and not worth taking ANY risks with. How'd you like that caliper to jam when you need it and cause an accident?
Possibly an auto parts store might have available replacement caliper slider bolts of the appropriate size. The dealer would have them available for sure. I wouldn't try to subsitute anything, for safety and liability reasons in case of an accident.
