Thanks for responding!
If there is a vacuum leak due to a loose connection, what is entailed(brief description) in ensuring that this isn't the case? Is there a test they can do to test for this, or do they need to revisit all the lines and piping to make sure there are no vacuum leaks? I want to go armed with as much info as possible. I need to make sure these guys are really doing what they say they're doing, and not just giving me the run around. They've really messed up with this vehicle and are now responsible for all costs related to this incident. I've no doubt they want to spend as little time and money as possible fixing it. Their best interests, not mine.
Also, is a compression test easily done?
I really appreciate the help!
