Oh-my-gosh...I am ready to tear my hair out....this is the second time, late at night, that my car alarm has decided to go off for no reason. I just came in from the driveway where my 1999 Saab 9-5 wagon just blared on and off for a half hour...just as Mac above described. I pulled the fuse out - nothing, I disconnected the battery completely - nothing. The wailing continued...so now it's 12am, and I have half the neighbors in their PJ's looking under the hood of my car and no one figure the dang thing out. My car has 118,000 miles on it, and by the way, a fairly new car battery...so none of the suggested causes/solutions here have helped. If I could, I'd rip the whole bleepity thing out myself. B.Millar: How much did the dealer charge for disconnect using TECH II ? Please help!!! If anyone knows how I can disconnect on my own, please let me know! Thanks!
