BATTERY DRAIN PROBLEM !!! WHEN ignition on in minutes?

Before you read I have got my battery tested at checker and it is good and also my alternator is working perfectly.

Well this is the last kink to work out in my 9-5 AERO that I bought in august. She once was malnourished but is running like a champ once again, that is if she wants to actually start.

The problem is i will have no problems if i stop the car shut it off and take the keys out and lock the doors in a normal way. But if I were to say leave the door open for 5 minutes or have a light on or one time i went to the car becasue i was waiting for my fioncee to come out of the store and I turned the key on for a second to put down the window and then turned it back off again and took the key out. 20 minutes later when i went to put the windows up again I could tell the battery had drained and the car definately would not start. Has anyone had this problem before? It seams like a relay or something that if i leave the door open or turn the ignition on but dont start it and then off again that it will drain the battery.

I'm not sure if this would cause the problem but when i got the car the blinkers wouldnt work and i had to rebuild the main engine harness becasue it was shorted all the way to the fog light. But i am 99 percent sure that I fixed everything because I have not had any problems besides this.
