It's a aspect of Saab ownership I recently became aware of - the same driver who towed the car at the last breakdown remembered me - nice guy, and his top tows are Saabs and Audis.

It's the wife's 2004 ARC which died at a stop sign, so this is the 3rd tow in incident in 35K miles.
- dead battery tow around 18k
- heater by pass valve somewhere around 25k
- latest TBD tow

Additionally TB was replaced, ABS unit replaced, and AC unit leaked out due to faulty schraeder valves.

Have to say that I miss the dependabilty of my 1986 9000 - never left me stranded in 225K miles over 12 yrs.
