Nope. That was the only code. My first step when I found out the code was to search for 'P0420' on this forum, only to find that I submitted the exact same question in January '07. I remember checking for gas cap tightness and after a couple of days, the CEL went away by itself.
I don't have a WIS so I can't see to your comment about needing to replace my catalytic converter. Hopefully, it was a loose gas cap or maybe, as someone responded to my Jan '07 post, an O2 sensor is beginning to go.
For now, I'm not worried about it. As someone else said in their post, the thing to worry about is if/when you get a blinking check engine light. That's went you pull over to the side of the road immediately, and get a tow.
