a side effect of air conditioning is that it dehumidifies (that's why your A/C has a drain - (you DID clear the drains when the cabin filter was last replaced?) ECON turns off the A/C so no dehumidification. Leave it on in humid conditions.

Recirc setting lets the moisture build up inside the car. Don't use recirc in humid conditions.

Default setting for ACC is for it to switch to recirc when first started (to rapidly get interior temp to desired level) and when at low speeds ( to stop outside fumes from being drawn into the car). You can shut this behavior off with ACC programming as per your owner's manual.
