Cadillac dealer, all GM dealers sell the same warranty package tailored and costed for each GM car. Lots of choices on packages - Bumper to bumper, power train, 0, 50 or 100 deductable. They usually do a walk around, look at mileage and look up the vin. It is slightly less expensive for the original owner, I have been told. I can't verify that but I got two different quotes and Cadillac was less by about $300.00 The other dealer quote was a Cadillac/SAAB dealer in a different town Maybe it was the "Big City" influence as I bought my daughters in My home town of 18,000 friendly folks - the Cadillac/SAAB dealer is in a town of 2+ million of strangers. Good luck I believe the requirement is four and four actually I was only about three and a week and 47,000 miles It was a squeeker but I got it for her and it has really been a cost saver. The 100 deductable will save about U $600.00 or more so figure you will not have six major failures before it runs out three years from now. That was my logic. One thing my daughter has noticed that if she goes to her regular SAAB station, they do little things also, for free, if she has a 100 buck repair or general servicing. If you are not a DIY guy it is a good investment.
