PFR6H-10
My wife has a 2004 9-5 ARC and it uses PFR6H-10.
I can understand the confusion.
My wife's 2004 9-5 ARC came with PFR6H-10 spark plugs. The Owners Manual specifies PFR6H-10 spark plugs. I've always used PFR6H-10 spark plugs with very good results.
The Saab EPC specifies the following:
BCPR6ES-11 on a page that covers model years 1998-2007 with no indication regarding which MY this might apply to.
PFR7H-10 for B235R engines up through ser. no. Y086666
PFR6H-10 for B235R engines from ser. no. Y086667 and up
The PFR7H-10 came on my 2000 9-5 Aero. Subsequently, Saab recommended the PFR6H-10 for a mix of local and highway driving. The PFR7H-10 is still a good plug for extensive high speed highway/interstate driving.
To add to the confusion, eFuroparts specifies the BCPR6ES-11 for the 2004 9-5 ARC. The PFR6H-10 is only specified for the 2004 9-5 Aero.
In conclusion, I would suggest using the PFR6H-10 for your 2004 9-5 ARC. These NGK plugs hold up very well; I've easily gotten 30K-40K miles out of a set.
