In October 1999 when I took delivery of my 2000 9-5 Aero it came with PFR7H-10 spark plugs. I continued using these with very good results....gapped as per Saab's specification. Note that for the first 250K+ miles I was driving 50K miles per year, extensively on the interstate. In 2005, when I retired, I switched to the PFR6H-10 spark plugs, as Saab recommended for mixed local/highway driving with very good results.
My wife's 2004 9-5 ARC and my 2007 9-5 Aero both came from the factory with PFR6H-10 spark plugs. I've stayed with that plug on my wife's 2004 with good results (55K miles now). I only have 7.5K miles on my 2007...so, I'm still motoring on the original PFR6H-10's....with satisfactory results.
