You are going to have get down there and listen and watch to see what is moving and what is not. Get down there and run the diags ...
could be:
- That the stepper motor connector loose or dirty.
- Could be something jammed
- Could be busted stepper motor.
- Could be the stepper motor repair referenced below.
it is easy enough to get to these components. its a bit uncomfortable to lie there on your back upside down, but I think you will see/feel/hear the exact problem when you run the diags and watch what is going on.
of course with code 14 you dont know which side it is right? so listen and feel the air flow. hopefully there will be some sign to indicate which dise is the problem.
