for the high number you want at least a 40, so 0w40 or 5W40 will be fine.
I use 0W40 in the 9-5 and 5W50 Castrol Syntech in my 9000s The Castrol meets the European ACEA A3/B3 specs and the U.S. SM oil specs. It is also cheaper than Mobil 1 as it is not so aggressively advertised. Have generally run Castrol oils in my cars for 35 years, so it's all good stuff.
Just be sure to run a synthetic and change it every 5K. And be sure the PCV#6 revision has been done. The dealer can tell you.
