In Phoenix? The dealer is blowing smoke up your 6! If that were the case it would actually help eliminate some sludge by boiling off the water vapors sooner. Sludge is not burnt oil it is a deposit formed by acids and water vapor in conjunction with carbon/sulfur in fosil oils. If you can keep your oil at about 180-220 degrees sludge will not form because the water vapor is quickly dispelled and does not form sulphurous acid which collects the carbon from products of conmbustion and fosil oils which has a sufur radical.
