You don't need new screws. You will need a TORX tool to get them out & back in. I think they're larger than a T-30, but I'm not sure. Go to Sears or your auto parts and get a set of 3/8 drive TORX drivers to use on your ratchet. Should be able to do that for about $20-$40. They should start at T-25 & go up from there to T-50 or so.
Unless you want to do the cheap, ugly, silicone trick, you need the new gasket.
