Yepp, see what kind of people the shops has to deal with ;o).

Yesterday a new customer comes in being very worried about the cooling system. After talking on the phone about the problem I suspected it being a little low on coolant and that triggered the low coolant warning light.

No, the problem was that the temp gauge needle was right in the middle of the gauge and they couldn't remember it being there ever since they got the car in December.

So after checking out the basics and make sure the car wasn't over heating or anything like that, I just had to convince them that it is perfectly normal when the temp gauge is right smack in the middle of the gauge.

That was about almost an hour of conversation on the phone and in the shop.
