I have a 2000 V6 that was doing the same thing with the same codes when I first bought it last year. The car ran great but the CEL lit up. I got the codes pulled from autozone (gasp!)then took it to Just Saab in Dayton. The Tech 2 pointed at the catylic converter. They checked several things including the secondary air pump, MAP, and DICs trying to find out what might have been causing the converter to throw a code but the CEL kept coming on after the car would warm up. They finally replaced the catalytic converter (a $1200 part!) and I have not had any problem since. All of this was covered under the emissions warranty!
Looking at the IRIS on my car, one of the DI Cassettes was replaced under warranty. When a DIC goes, it often takes out the converter which is probably what happened to mine. I'd suggest turning on the car (don't start it) pull fuse 14 for about 60 seconds and put it back in then start the car. The CEL should be off. Then drive it around until the light comes back on. Have the codes read again. If the codes are still emissions related, take the car to the dealer. If it turns out to be an emissions problem, Saab will pay for the fix.
