That looks fairly normal to me, mine shows some seepage there as well, but it is not enough to account for 1/2 qt in 650 miles. My guess is you have some ring blow-by and running at high speed for several hours just consumed it. I wouldn't be too concerned - monitor the oil usage for a month or two and if it continues at that rate, get a leakdown test which may indicate leaking valve guides or rings. If that is Ok it is likely your turbo. This assumes that the PCV kit was installed correctly - if not, that would be a place to look first.
