Trottle Body, new or rebuilt?

After reading postings on this BB, I assume that my 2001 9-5 Aero auto with 88K needs a Throttle body. Car runs well except when I come almost to a stop, the idle drops too much and it stalls. The "TCS Off" light is lit and the engine symbol also. I have a 1230 code. I have seen postings suggesting to get a new TB ($405 I found on one of this site's sponsor) and also a rebuilt one ($200? have not found where) Does anyone have any comments or recommendations. I don't want to complain but I'm going broke (I need a $260 Neutral safety switch.... been getting by, I only drive where I can let it cool down before starting). Any comments are so appreciated!
