Oh man I was getting scared reading your post. I was afraid it was going to go something like "it fell into the cylinder..." I was like shhiiiittt. What a relief. Anyway, the front chin spoiler or whatever it is probably caught your screw. I would get under there and take the 4 screws off toward the BACK of the cover. This is the cover that runs right under the front bumper around the fog lights. Then let it droop down and I bet you'll find the screw falls out. It would be in your best interest to get it out of there, although chances of it causing damage are slim. Don't unscrew the front of the cover, it's a real b*tch to get back in. I bet you're noticing a difference just with the spark plugs, although it's possible the front DI was getting tired. Good luck tomorrow!
