hi m and w,
i use them at different times. for normal driving the sport button is off. but if i want to take off from a light at a faster rate of acceleration, then i use it. it sure feels like there is a lot more torque and it feels faster from 0 to 60. am i wrong?
my old 9000 used throttle pressure to activate the auto transmission so i am a little confused. this one is electronic? i know the throttle is.
the normal setting seems to be set more to the mid range of the gearing for accelaration. while the sport setting seems to be set to the low end for more torque. not more power but more low end torque.
is the car actually quicker off the line? sure feels like it is.
thank you,
bobby
