I'd prefer they keep things open until I complete my trip to Buffalo NY , leaving from Denver tomorrow. Two years I drove and had the TB crap out - I think the mileage was around 28k or less. There were some hassles involved finding a competent dealer in the WNY area who had a TB in stock, but it led to one of my more humorous incident with a Saab - while in the shop in Kenmore NY getting the TB replace and making small talk with the service mgr I asked him why the TB would fail with such low miles.
The answer I expected was - it'a Saab , but lo and behold, he stated that "they will last a long time unless you put cheap gas like reservation gas in your car" ( there is a Seneca Indian reservation in the area - tax free gas)

I plead guilty as I stay 5 mins from the Indian Reservation and fill up there - but I did not own admit this to the service mgr.

On a more serious note - I do not see how GM can continue to maintain the Saab brand in light of the financial losses they taken since buying the marque. I have my Viggen cap which I will hold on for collectors value, I was told at the dealership a limited number were produced, so does anyone on here have a Viggen cap or believe it will be valuable years from now ?

I think the DI may also have some value years from now as it becomes a part of automotive history, so hold on to your spares !

thanks
