Make quite a lot of dust, I have the same issue. Brakes stop fine but the wheels get dirty right after cleaning them. I got "new front brakes and rotors" from the dealer whnen I bought the car. I was worried maybe the ads just aren't seated right but I think that's just how dirty the saab wheels get. I see quite a few other saabs with blackened wheels go by, it is unfortunate.
