Having worked on numerous forensic collision reconstruction files against a particular company, if you have a choice, try someone else.
This is partly because repairs are the responsibility of the local shop, not the system, so every franchisee skips on the maintenance. If you absolutely have to use them, CHECK everything yourself before you leave the yard....
Driving with a trailer requires diligence and care. Practice around your home a bit first to get used to the feeling of braking, blind spots, etc. And the advice from everyone else is good for the drive through the mountains. Don't rush.
